铜冶炼含汞酸泥湿法处理工艺研究

摘要 目前,铜冶炼酸泥的处理方法集中在汞、硒的分离,对于含有铜、汞、硒、铅以及金银物料的综合处理方案尚未有公开报道。本文采用氧压浸出脱铜+常压络合酸浸工艺处理含汞酸泥,对铜、汞、铅、硒、金、银等有价金属进行综合回收:采用氧压浸出、电积的方法回收酸泥中的铜;采用络合酸浸方法浸出脱铜渣中的汞;采用铁粉定量置换络合酸浸后液中的硒;采用硫化沉汞回收脱硒后液中的汞。该工艺中,铜、汞、硒、金、银、铅分离效果比较彻底,金、银、硒基本富集于渣相,铜回收率达到96%,汞的脱除率在85%以上,金、银、硒回收率在99%以上,使得有价元素得到了合理回收,而且生产所需药剂为普通工业原料,成本较低,可实施性较强。 At present,the treatment method of copper smelting acid sludge is concentrated on the separation of mercury and selenium.There is no public report on the comprehensive treatment plan for materials containing copper,mercury,selenium,lead,gold and silver.In this paper,oxygen pressure leaching copper removal + atmospheric pressure complex acid leaching process is used to treat the mercury-containing acid mud,and recycle valuable metals such as copper,mercury,lead,selenium,gold,silver.Oxygen pressure leaching process is used to recover copper in the acid sludge;complex acid leaching is used to extract mercury from copper removal slag;iron powder is used to quantitatively replace selenium in the solution after complex acid leaching;the mercury in the selenium-removed solution is recovered by the mercury sulfide precipitation process.In this process,the separation effect of copper,mercury,selenium,gold,silver,and lead is relatively thorough.Gold,silver,and selenium are basically enriched in the slag phase;the copper recovery rate reaches 96%,and the mercury removal rate is above 85%;silver and selenium recovery rate is above 99%.The valuable elements have been reasonably recycled,and the pharmaceuticals required for production are common industrial raw materials,with lower cost.
