摘要
分别利用自制的表面改性剂和商业硅烷偶联剂对粉煤灰进行改性,将改性粉煤灰填充到环氧树脂/低分子质量聚酰胺中制备了建筑用复合粘结剂。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对改性剂的结构和性能进行测试,研究了改性粉煤灰类型、改性粉煤灰用量以及温度对复合粘结剂固化动力学的影响。结果表明:改性粉煤灰的加入对复合粘结剂的固化反应起到了明显的催化作用,随着改性粉煤灰填充量的增加,催化作用增强。但当改性粉煤灰填充量大于30份时,复合粘结剂的黏度明显增加,导致反应在达到一定程度时转为扩散控制型,从而阻碍了进一步的固化反应,使固化度降低。温度的降低可以明显降低反应速率级数,使自催化效应降低,并使固化反应在更低反应程度时偏离化学控制转变为扩散控制。
The fly ash was modified by self-made surface modifier and commercial silane coupling agent.The modified product was tested by infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.Then the product was filled into epoxy resin(EP)/low molecular weight polyamide(PA),which composed a kind of compound binder used in building.The effect of curing temperature,kind and content of modified fly ash with different modifiers on curing kinetics of the composite materials were studied.As well,the effect of temperature on curing kinetics was studied.It was found that in the curing reaction of EP compound binder modified fly ash played an obvious catalytic role,which increased with the increasing of the modified fly ash content.However,when the content reached 30 phr,the viscosity of the system increased remarkably,leading to the conversion of the reaction from chemical controlled to diffusion-controlled type at a certain curing degree.The conversion hindered the further curing reaction and reduced the curing degree.The reduction of temperature can also reduce the autocatalytic action,which reflected by significantly decrease of the reaction order.Reducing the temperature leaded the curing reaction changing from chemical control to diffusion control at earlier curing reaction degree.
