摘要
以Ⅴ(苯)Ⅴ(乙醚)=8515,Ⅴ(乙醚)Ⅴ(甲醇)=982和95%乙醇为洗脱剂,硬脂酸三乙醇胺酯经过硅胶柱层析梯度洗脱分离,可以得到三个馏分;红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱的检测表明,三个馏分分别是硬脂酸三乙醇胺三酯,硬脂酸三乙醇胺双酯和硬脂酸三乙醇胺单酯。对三个馏分定量,并且和核磁共振氢谱所得到的结果做了对比。
Using the mixture of Ⅴ(benzene):Ⅴ(diethyl ether)=85:15, Ⅴ(diethyl ether):Ⅴ(methanol)=98:2 and 95% ethanol as step gradient mobile phase, the method of column chromatography with silica-gel as the stationary phase was employed for the separation of triethanolamine esters of stearic acid. The three fractions isolated by column chromatography were qualitatively detected and verified by IR and proton NMR. The results indicated that the three fractions were triesteramine,diesteramine and monoesteramine respectively. The mass percentage of triesteramine,diesteramine and monoesteramine was determined. Comparisons were made between the mass percentage obtained by proton NMR and column chromatography.
