不同添加量阻燃剂对聚丙烯复合材料阻燃性能的影响研究

Effect of Different Additive Amounts of Flame Retardants on Flame Retardancy of Polypropylene Composites

摘要 聚丙烯复合材料是一种以聚丙烯为基础材料,经过不同的填料、增强材料、阻燃剂等辅助材料混合形成的工业材料。因其本身容易燃烧,具有一定的危险性。为此,研究了不同添加量阻燃剂对聚丙烯复合材料阻燃性能的影响。利用聚磷酸铵等化学材料配制阻燃剂,并与聚丙烯材料混合,采用不同含量的阻燃剂构成A1、A2、A3、A4、A5、A6组聚丙烯复合材料试件,通过不同测试方法分析每组试件的阻燃性能。经试验分析可知:阻燃剂添加量为2.0%的A5组试件一氧化碳、二氧化碳释放量相对较小,且热释放量也保持最低水平。同时该组试件在热失重测试过程中质量损失率最小,还能够保持较高的极限氧指数。当阻燃剂含量达到2.2%时,试件的阻燃能力开始下降,可以看出阻燃剂添加量为2.0%时,试件阻燃性能最强。 Polypropylene composite material is an industrial material formed by mixing different fillers,reinforcing materials,flame retardants,and other auxiliary materials based on polypropylene.Due to its easy combustion,it has a certain degree of danger.Therefore,the effect of different amounts of flame retardants on the flame retardancy of polypropylene composite materials is studied.The chemical materials such as ammonium polyphosphate are used to prepare flame retardants and the products are mixed with polypropylene materials,the A1,A2,A3,A4,A5,and A6 groups of polypropylene composite material specimens are formed with different contents of flame retardants.The flame retardancy of each group of specimens is analyzed through different testing methods.Through the experimental analysis,it can be concluded that the A5 group specimens with a 2.0%addition of flame retardants release relatively small amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide,and their heat release remains at the lowest level.At the same time,this group of specimens has the lowest mass loss rate during the thermogravimetric testing process and can maintain a high limiting oxygen index.When the content of flame retardant reaches 2.2%,the flame retardancy of the specimen begins to decrease.It can be seen that the flame retardancy of the specimen is the strongest when the amount of flame retardant added is 2.0%.
