摘要
轻化工程专业是我国高等教育体系的重要组成部分,为我国轻工行业与周边产业培养了大批人才。随着经济社会的发展,新形势下国家对高等教育体系提出了新的要求,轻化工程专业产教融合教学体系的构建势在必行。对当前轻化工程专业传统教学体系存在的问题进行反思,并分别从产教融合人才培养机制建立、新型课程体系构建、师资队伍建设、校企利益共同体建设、政策支持与制度保障五个方面为轻化工程专业产教融合教学体系的构建提出建议,旨在为我国轻化工程专业高等教育事业的发展提供参考。
Light chemical engineering major is the important element of our country’s higher education system,which cultivates a large number of talents for this country’s light industry and supporting industry.As the economic and social development,this state has proposed the new requirement on higher education system,and it is imperative to construct teaching system of industry-education integration on light chemical engineering major.This paper made a reflection on the existent problem of traditional education system of light chemical engineering major in present.In addition,suggests were proposed to construct the teaching system of industry-education integration on light chemical engineering major from the five aspects,i.e,establishment of talent cultivating mechanism with industry-education integration,construction of new curriculum system,teaching faculty construction,building college-enterprise shared interests community,policy supports and institutional guarantee,respectively.This paper aims to provide reference on the development of our country’s higher education enterprise of light chemical engineering major.
