摘要
教育部指出“应用型高校教育发展的必由之路是深化产教融合、产学研结合,校企合作”。基于此浙江科技学院依托校企合作优势,积极与产业龙头企业共建纸基材料“产业学院”,并结合企业发展需求,优化调整培养方案,共建企业课程,创新实践教学方法,最终形成了具有自身特点的“三个教学目标+四大课程模块+四个实验教学”培养模式。该模式注重人才培养供给和产业需求结构要素的全方位融合,加快轻化工程卓越拔尖人才培养,为轻化工程专业人才培养提供新路线。
The file from the Ministry of Education pointed out that the only way for the development of applied higher education is to develop the production-education integration,the production-study-research combination,and school-enterprise cooperation.Based on this,Zhejiang University of Science and Technology relies on the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,actively builds paper-based materials industrial college with industrial leading enterprises,combines with the needs of enterprise development,optimizes and adjusts the training plan,co-builds enterprise courses,innovates practical teaching methods,and finally forms the training mode of three teaching objectives+four curriculum modules+four experimental teachings’with its own characteristics.This model mainly focuses on the all-around integration of talent training supply and industrial demand structural elements,speeding up the cultivation of outstanding talents in light chemical engineering,and providing a new route for the cultivation of talents in light chemical engineering.
