摘要
复合应用型卓越农林人才培养是实施乡村振兴战略和推进生态文明建设的有力保障。园艺专业作为我国农林产业中的重要方面,复合应用型人才更受欢迎,但目前园艺专业卓越人才培养中师资队伍有待量质并举、实践教学质量有待提高、课程教材建设有待强化,因此有必要加强“双师型”队伍建设,拓展一流师资队伍建设途径;努力完善实践教学体系,提升实践教学质量;建立卓越人才培养激励机制,推进卓越人才培养国际化。
It is a powerful guarantee for both rural revitalization development and ecological civilization construction to cultivate versatile and practical agricultural and forestry outstanding talents.Horticulture is an important part of agricultural and forestry industry.Versatile and practical undergraduates majoring in horticulture are especially popular in the new era.However,many problems wait to be solved in horticulture undergraduates training such as inadequate teachers,insufficient practice-oriented teaching and low quality of teaching materials.To solve these problems,we must strive to construct a team of instructors good at both theoretical instruction and horticulture practice.A practice-oriented teaching system requires improving and an incentive mechanism should be built up to encourage outstanding talents training.Furthermore,we should make efforts to internationalize the outstanding talents in horticulture.
