摘要
卓越农林人才的培养必须依托连续培养机制才能得以实施,从学习进阶理论和教育生态链理论探讨了连续培养机制的理论支撑,结合湖南农业大学卓越农林人才培养的实践,详细介绍了卓越农林人才连续培养的运行模式和实施办法。
The cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents must rely on the continuous cultivation mechanism to be implemented.This paper probes into the theoretical support of the continuous cultivation mechanism from the theory of advanced learning and the theory of educational ecological chain.Combining with the practice of the cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in Hunan Agricultural University,it introduces the operation mode and measures for implementation of the continuous cultivation of outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in detail.
