摘要
目的研究新生儿肺炎实施床旁肺部超声的应用价值。方法研究在依据纳入标准、排除标准的基础上纳入新生儿肺炎共50例,收治时间为2018年10月至2019年10月。50例患儿均开展床旁肺部超声检查,经检查,对患儿的检出率、声像特点进行分析。结果 50例患者经床旁肺部超声检查,共有48例患儿检出,检出率为96%。肺部超声声像图显示,48例患儿均存在B线,有33例患儿存在异常胸膜线,有12例患儿存在肺泡间质综合征,有11例患儿存在支气管充气征,有6例患儿肺滑动征消失,有3例患儿出现胸腔积液,有3例患儿存在肺不张。结论对新生儿肺炎开展床旁肺部超声,具有较高的诊断率,超声声像图特点明显,临床应用价值显著。
Objective To study application value of bedside pulmonary ultrasound for neonatal pneumonia.Methods 50 cases of neonatal pneumonia were included based on inclusion and exclusion criteria from October 2018 to October 2019.50 cases were treated with bedside pulmonary ultrasound examination.After examination,the detection rate and sound image characteristics of children were analyzed.Results Among 50 cases examined by bedside pulmonary ultrasound,48 cases were detected,with detection rate of 96%.Pulmonary ultrasound images showed that 48 cases had B-line,33 cases had abnormal pleural lines,12 cases had alveolar interstitial syndrome,and 11 cases had bronchial inflation signs.Lung sliding sign of 6 cases disappeared,3 cases had pleural effusion,and 3 cases had atelectasis.Conclusion Bedside pulmonary ultrasound has high diagnostic rate for neonatal pneumonia,ultrasonography shows obvious characteristics,which has significant clinical application value.
