摘要 目的探讨超声对新生儿肺部疾病的临床应用价值。方法随机抽取2018年1月~2019年1月我院的100例新生儿科可疑肺部疾病患儿,均给予床旁肺部超声检查及肺部X线检查,以CT检查结果为“金标准”,比较两种检测方法的检查结果。结果经金标准检查显示,67例患儿确诊存在肺部疾病,肺部超声检查的敏感度、特异度以及准确度均高于肺部X线检查(P<0.05);超声声像图特点主要为B-线、异常胸模线、斑片状弱回声、支气管充气征。结论超声对新生儿肺部疾病的临床应用价值显著,可提升敏感度、特异度以及准确度,值得推广。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound in neonatal pulmonary diseases.Methods A total of 100 children with suspected pulmonary disease in department of neonatology in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected.All of them were given bedside pulmonary ultrasound examination and pulmonary X-ray examination.The CT examination results were taken as the"gold standard",and the examination results of the two methods were compared.Results According to the"gold standard"examination,67 children were diagnosed with pulmonary diseases.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of pulmonary ultrasound examination were higher than those of pulmonary X-ray examination(P<0.05).The main characteristics of ultrasonic image were B-line,abnormal chest mode line,patchy weak echo,and air bronchogram.Conclusion Ultrasound has significant clinical application value in neonatal pulmonary diseases,and can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy.It is worth promoting.
