摘要
目的探讨围手术期安全管理对医疗质量的影响。方法将2016年6月至2019年6月作为研究时间,选取在此期间进入手术室进行手术治疗的患者,共780例,从2017年开始实施围手术期医疗质量安全管理措施,通过加强术前准备、防控术中风险、手术权限的分级管理制度、手术安全核查制度的落实等方式,提高我院围手术期的医疗安全性。对比实施围手术期医疗质量安全管理前后患者对医疗服务的满意度;对比不良事件发生情况。结果实施后满意度明显高于实施前;不良事件发生情况,实施后发生率明显低于实施前(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在院内实施有效的围手术期医疗质量安全管理措施,能够有效提升安全管理质量,改善围手术期医疗服务水平,让患者进一步提高对医疗服务质量的满意度,减少不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the impact of perioperative safety management on medical quality.Methods From June 2016 to June 2019 as the research period,a total of 780 patients who entered the operating room for surgical treatment during this period were selected.From 2017,perioperative medical quality and safety management measures were implemented to improve preoperative preparation,prevention and control of risks during surgery,hierarchical management system of surgical authority,verification of the implementation of surgical safety system,etc.,to improve the medical safety of our hospital during the perioperative period.Patient satisfaction with medical services was compared before and after the implementation of perioperative medical quality and safety management.Adverse events were compared.Results The satisfaction degree after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation.The incidence of adverse events and the incidence after implementation was significantly lower than before implementation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing effective perioperative medical quality and safety management measures in the hospital can effectively improve the quality of safety management,improve the level of perioperative medical services,allow patients to further increase their satisfaction with the quality of medical services,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.
