摘要
卡粉是一种典型的赤铁矿粗粉,铁品位高达65.1%,其他有害元素含量低,磨矿功指数仅为11 kW·h/t。淡水河谷球团厂生产实践表明:卡粉极易研磨,可提高磨矿系统的产量,并提高研磨后产品的比表面积;磨矿后的卡粉具有优异的成球性,可降低膨润土用量和造球水分,减少生球在干燥预热过程中粉末的产生,改善料层传质传热条件,提高热能利用效率,从而降低工序能耗;还可以提高台时产量,改善球团矿质量。
Carajas mine ore is a typical hematite coarse powder with iron grade of 65.1%,low content of other harmful elements and grinding work index of only 11 kW·h/t.The production practice in Vale pellet plant shows that Carajas mine ore is easy to grind,which can increase grinding system output and specific surface area of products after grinding.The Carajas mine ore after grinding has excellent balling property,which can reduce bentonite amount and water content in pelletizing.It can also reduce powder of green ball during drying and preheating,improve mass and heat transfer conditions of material layer,upgrade utilization efficiency of heat energy,so as to reduce process energy consumption.It can also boost machine-hour capacity and improve pellet quality.
