基于测试的烟气循环工艺对烧结过程的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在烧结机正常生产条件下,对各风箱烟气性质进行了测定与分析,提出了合理的烟气循环方案并对烧结机进行了烟气循环改造。将烧结机烟气循环设备开启与关闭状态下的生产数据进行统计分析,结果表明,使用烟气循环工艺,综合烟气量减排18.34%,粉尘减排13.78%,SO2减排15.60%,NOx减排16.80%,节能减排效果明显。 In normal operation of sinter machine,properties of flue gas in each wind box are detected and analyzed,reasonable flue gas circulation scheme is put forward and flue gas circulation renovation for sinter machine is conducted.Production data of sinter machine flue gas circulation equipment in open and close state is statistically analyzed and the results show good effect of energy conservation and emission reduction.By using flue gas circulation technology,comprehensive flue gas emission reduces by 18.34%,dust emission reduces by 13.78%,SO2 by 15.60%,and nox by 16.80%.
