摘要
烧结工序的污染物排放总量高,是钢铁行业节能减排的重点。烟气循环是一种可有效地降低烧结污染物排放的过程控制方法,近几年国内一些厂矿相继投入烟气循环工艺。然而,部分工艺由于烟气含氧量低和水分高等问题,在实施后对烧结产、质量产生了不利的影响,最终致使该工艺的使用受限。在中国高炉高比例烧结矿入炉的背景下,烟气循环工艺应首先保证烧结矿的产、质量,因此废气循环量不应过高,且应保证循环废气的含氧量和含湿量。将烟气品质差的废气循环放置到机尾的位置,可尽量减小此部分烟气循环对烧结产生的负面影响。
The total pollutant emission of sintering process is high,and it is the key of energy saving and emission reduction in iron and steel industry.The flue gas recirculation is a process control method which can effectively reduce the emission of sintering pollutants.In recent years,the flue gas recirculation process has been successively applied in some factories and mines in China,however,due to the low oxygen content and high moisture content in flue gas,part of the process has a negative impact on sintering production and quality after its implementation,which ultimately limits the use of this process.Under the background of high proportion of sinter in blast furnace burden in China,the flue gas recirculation process should first ensure the sinter quality and output,so the exhaust gas recirculation should not be too high,and the oxygen content and moisture content of circulating exhaust gas should be guaranteed.The negative effect on sintering can be minimized by placing the exhaust gas with poor quality at the discharge end of the sinter machine.
