铁矿石烧结过程中二噁英的减排技术探讨

摘要 铁矿石烧结过程排放的二噁英约占钢铁行业二噁英排放总量的95%,对其有效减排是当前全世界面临的难题。结合烧结烟气排放特性和烧结过程中二噁英的产生成因,从源头削减、过程控制和末端治理三方面探讨了二噁英的减排途径。 The dioxins emission of iron ore sintering process accounts for about 95% of the total dioxins emission amount from iron and steel industry. It is currently the world's problem to reduce the emission effectively. In the paper, reduction approaches of the dioxins emission are discussed from three aspects of source reduction, process control and end-of-pipe treatment, combined with sintering flue gas emission characteristics and the cause of dioxins formation during sintering process.
