摘要
通过对烧结过程脱锌的有关主要反应进行热力学分析,明确了氧化锌及其复杂化合物在烧结过程中的热力学反应规律和烧结条件下脱锌的可行性。在烧结杯试验的基础上,讨论了燃料配比和碱度对脱锌的影响。实验结果表明:烧结过程可以脱除少量锌,脱锌率随燃料配比和碱度的增加而增大;当燃料配比为7%时,脱锌率约10%;当燃料配比增加到10%时,脱锌率为14.36%,增加不明显,但此时烧结矿各项指标已显著恶化;碱度对脱锌影响不显著,当碱度大于2.0时,脱锌率增加趋于变缓。
Based on the thermodynamic analysis of some main reactions of dezincification in Sintering Process, the thermodynamic reaction rules of zinc oxide and its complex compound are determined as well as the feasibility of dezincification under sintering condition. On the basis of sinter-pot trials, the effects of fuel ratio and basicity on dezincification are discussed. The experimental results show that a small amount of zinc could be removed in sintering process, zinc losses is increased with the increase of fuel addition and basicity. When fuel ratio is 7%, the dezincification rate is 10% or so, while it reaches up to 14.36% with 10% fuel, meanwhile, the property of sinter is significantly decreased; there is no significant effect on dezincification for basicity. It' s also found that, the dezincification rate grows slowly when the basicity is more than 2.0.
