摘要
本文提供了为开发烧结机理模型(STM)用的快速求解及参数估计的整体化仿真的方法。通过对烧结料层中发生的主要物理化学变化现象,如传热、碳燃烧等过程的参数估计,所开发的综合性STM能很好地模拟试验的结果,模拟与试验结果的误差在7%以内。
In this paper, an integrative simulating method, inclusive of the quick solution and the parameter estimation, for developing the sintering theoretical model (STM)is proposed, After identifcation, of the parameters dealt with the major physico-chemical phenomena occurred in sinter bed such as heat transfer, combustion of carbon etc. The comprehansive STM developed can simulate, the sinter pot experiments very well. The error between theresults of the simulation and that of the experiment is within 70%.
