摘要
通过对高炉原燃料的K、Na、Zn含量分析,并进行投入支出平衡计算,找出烧结矿、球团等是高炉碱、锌负荷的主要来源,高炉渣是排碱的重要途径,布袋灰和重力灰是排锌的主要途径。探讨了减少高炉内碱、锌富集的方法和措施,控制进厂精粉碱、锌含量,废物料脱碱、脱锌,降低炉渣碱度,减少块状带吸附等,可有效降低高炉的碱害、锌害。
Through the analysis and balance calculation on content of kalium,sodium and zinc of blast furnace raw fuel,it was summarized that the sinter and pellets are the main source;the slag is the important way for alkalis re-moval and the bag dust and the gravity dust is the main way for zinc removal.The measures to reduce alkalis and zinc enrichment were introduced,such as less using of high alkali and zinc content of raw materials,removing alkali and zinc in waste material,reducing the basicity of slag,reducing the block adsorption,etc.to reduce the harm of alkalis and zinc to the blast furnace.
