摘要 以淮北职业技术学院计算机科学技术系为个案,以问卷调查结果为依据,深入剖析了高职院校新生入学时的适应性,及如何做好他们的心理调适。并在此基础上,就如何做好新生思想政治教育、专业思想教育、心理健康疏导、以及如何加强新生团队建设等入学教育方面工作做了全面梳理,注重"三全育人",整合院校各教育资源,构建全方位育人机制。 This article takes the department of computer science and technology of Huaibei Vocational and Technical College as a case,and based on the results of questionnaires,we make a deep analysis of the adaptability of freshmen in higher vocational colleges,and how to help the students to make their psychological adjustment.And on this basis,we should conduct ideological and political education,professional education,mental health guidance,and strengthening team building for the students etc.At the same time,we take the three-dimensional education as the guiding ideology to do the student management work well,so that we should have a re-examination and repositioning of the entire education work.
