摘要
目的探讨福州地区孕晚期妇女泌尿生殖道无乳链球菌感染的耐药性,为指导临床用药。方法选取2018年4月-2019年5月送检到福州金域医学检验所有限公司的537例孕晚期妇女泌尿生殖道标本进行培养鉴定,对分离出的无乳链球菌进行耐药性分析。结果送检的537份孕晚期妇女泌尿生殖道标本中,感染无乳链球菌29份,感染率为5.40%。29株无乳链球菌对头孢吡肟、利奈唑胺敏感率均为100.00%,对青霉素、头孢噻肟、左氧氟沙星、万古霉素、氨苄西林氯霉素敏感率较高,分别为96.55%、96.55%、89.66%、82.76%、79.31%、65.52%,而对红霉素、克林霉素耐药率较高,分别为86.21%、82.76%。结论临床医生进行孕晚期妇女无乳链球菌感染干预治疗时,应重视分离菌株的体外药敏试验结果,合理选用抗菌药物对预防和控制无乳链球菌的感染具有重要意义。
Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the drug resistance of urinary and reproductive tract Streptococcus agalactiae infection in women in late pregnancy in Fuzhou area for the guidance of clinical medication.Methods The urogenital specimens of 537 women in the third trimester of pregnancy were selected and sent to Fuzhou King Med for Clinical Laboratory Co.,Ltd.from April 2018 to May 2019 for culture and identification,and the drug resistance of isolated Streptococcus agalactiae was analyzed.Results Among the 537 urogenital specimens of women in the third trimester,29 were infected with Streptococcus agalactiae,with an infection rate of 5.40%.The sensitivity rates of 29 strains of Streptococcus agalactiae to cefepime and linezolid were all 100.00%;the sensitivity rates to penicillin,cefotaxime,levofloxacin,vancomycin,ampicillin and chloramphenicol were all higher( 96.55%,96.55%,89.66%,82.76%,79.31% and 65.52%,respectively),and the drug resistance rates to erythromycin and clindamycin were higher( 86.21% and 82.76%,respectively).Conclusion Clinicians should pay attention to the in vitro susceptibility test results of isolated strains when conducting intervention treatment for Streptococcus agalactiae infection in women in the third trimester.Rational selection of antimicrobial agents is of great significance for the prevention and control of Streptococcus agalactiae infection.
