摘要
采用选择性增菌培养法,对孕妇产道 B 群链球菌带菌状态及其母婴传播进行调查研究。孕妇产道和新生儿 B 群链球菌的检出率分别为2.8%(10/364)和1.5%(5/333)。母婴传播率为20%(2/10)。
An investigation of vaginal carrier of group B streptococus in pregnant women and maternal-infant transmission was conducted.Carriage rates for pregnant women and neonates were 2.8% and 1.5% respectively.Maternal-infant transmission occurred in 20% of cases.Two neonates delivered by Caesar- ian section were colonized with group B streptococcus and could be considered to have acquired the organism in uterus.
