摘要
目的分析生肤汤辅助治疗肛瘘的效果及对创面愈合情况的影响。方法选取2018年11月至2019年10月于我院接受手术治疗的90例肛瘘患者作为研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者术后接受常规治疗,观察组患者术后接受生肤汤辅助治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、术后1、3、5、7 d VAS评分、疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、5、7 d,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间及创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生肤汤辅助治疗肛瘘患者效果显著,可有效缓解术后疼痛感,促进患者手术创面愈合,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shengfu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of anal fistula and its influence on wound healing.Methods A total of 90 patients with anal fistula who received surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the odd even grouping method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment after operation,and the observation group received Shengfu decoction adjuvant treatment after operation.The clinical efficacy,VAS score at 1,3,5 and 7 d after operation,pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3,5 and 7 d after operation,the VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengfu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of anal fistula has a significant effect,it can effectively relieve postoperative pain and promote wound healing of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
