摘要
为有效解决新型钢结构网架吊装工期长、成本高、吊装精度不易控制等问题,结合工程实际,介绍了起步单元榀吊装、平衡控制、应力消解等施工关键技术。实施结果表明:以上关键技术的运用,避免了吊装过程中吊车倾覆、网架失稳、拉杆拉断等安全事故,节约了吊装时间,降低了施工成本。
To effectively solve the problems of long construction period,high cost and difficulty of controlling hoisting precision of the new steel structure grid,combined with the engineering practice,the key technologies such as hoisting of starting truss units,balance control and stress elimination are introduced.The implementation results show that the application of these key technologies can avoid safety incidents of crane overturning,grid instability,pull rod breaking and so on,save hoisting time and reduce construction cost.
