大跨度悬垂脊线曲面钢网壳施工关键技术

摘要 城市副中心剧院项目由音乐厅、歌剧院、戏剧院单体工程组成,3个单体工程沿东西方向排开。3个单体工程钢结构屋盖均为大跨度悬垂脊线曲面钢网壳结构,且主方向均为空间弯弧构件,靠下插钢框柱及斜撑(V形撑)支撑整个结构,结构顶部节点复杂,存在深化设计及加工制作难度大、超高独立柱施工精度控制难度大、屋盖底部圆管支撑安装及焊接难度大、精度控制要求高、大跨度悬垂脊线曲面钢网壳结构安装、焊接精度控制难度大等施工难题。施工前通过精准建模、系统地有限元施工模拟计算,制订专项安装方案;通过焊接工艺现场试验,制订合理的焊接顺序等相关专项措施成功解决了各项难题。 The sub central theater of the city is composed of a music hall,an opera house and a theater,which are arranged along the east-west direction.The steel structure roofs of the three individual projects are all large-span suspended ridge curved steel reticulated shell structures,and the main directions are spatial curved members.The whole structure is supported by steel frame columns and diagonal braces(V braces)inserted below.The top nodes of the structure are complex,and it is difficult to deepen the design and manufacture,to control the construction accuracy of ultra-high independent columns,to install and weld the circular pipe support at the bottom of the roof,and to control the accuracy.It is difficult to control the welding accuracy of large-span suspended ridge curved steel reticulated shell structure.Before constraction,formulate special installation scheme through accurate modeling and systematic finite element construction simulation calculation;through the field test of welding process,the reasonable welding sequence and other relevant special measures were formulated,and various problems were successfully solved.
