行动研究法在护理本科生临床教学中的优势 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨护理本科生临床教学现状及临床培训所存在的问题,在行动中培训护理本科生临床能力,构建护理本科生临床规范化教学实践模块。方法采用行动研究法,在明确问题后,对60名护理本科生分3次培训,每次20名,通过计划、行动、观察、反思3个循环过程实施护理临床培训;通过小组访谈、自我评价等收集资料发现问题,改进培训课程。结果3轮培训研究对象的同一课程成绩逐步提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行动研究法提高了护理本科生的临床能力,尤其是理智型护理本科生的科研能力,构建了护理本科生临床规范化教学实践模块。 Objective To explore the current situation of clinical teaching and problems in clinical training of nursing undergraduates,to train the clinical ability of nursing undergraduates in action,and to construct the standardized clinical teaching practice module of nursing undergraduates.Methods After identifying the problems,60 nursing undergraduates were trained three times,20 at a time.Nursing clinical training was carried out through three circular processes:planning,action,observation and reflection.The authors collected data through group interviews and self-evaluation to find problems,and improved training courses.Results The same course scores of the subjects in the three rounds of training were gradually improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The action research method improves the clinical ability of nursing undergraduates,especially the scientific research ability of rational nursing undergraduates,and constructs the standardized clinical teaching practice module of nursing undergraduates.
