摘要
就业能力不足是导致高职院校部分学生就业质量不高的重要原因之一。可根据胜任力理论框架中的经典模型——洋葱模型,构建高职院校学生就业能力模型及其指标体系,依据该指标体系,设计调查问卷,面向人才市场供需双方展开调研,重点分析高职院校学生对就业能力指标重要程度的感知状况及其对自身就业能力的评价,进而提出高职院校学生就业能力提升策略,以期为解决高职院校学生就业难题提供一个可资借鉴的方法和思路。
The lack of students'employability is an important reason for the employment problems and low quality of higher vocational students.Based on the classical theoretical framework of onion model of competency theory,drawing lessons from the existing research results on employability,and by investigating the participants of both supply and demand sides of higher vocational students'employment,the model and index system of higher vocational students'employability are constructed.According to the constructed index system,the questionnaire is designed and investigated,and the perception of the importance of employability indicators and the evaluation level of their own employability are analyzed.Based on this,the strategies for improving the employability of higher vocational students are put forward,in order to provide reference ideas for higher vocational colleges and students to work together to solve employment problems.
