人力资本对大学生就业能力的影响被引量：15

摘要大学生人力资本主要包括知识资本与能力资本两部分。实证研究表明,知识资本投资并不能有效提高大学生的就业能力,而能力资本积累则有助于提高大学生的就业能力。作为人力资本投资主体的大学生,在注重专业知识学习基础上,还应积极参加社团组织、社会实践、文体活动等,增加能力资本投资;高等教育应拓宽专业口径,加强通识教育;高校课程设置应加强实践性教学和研究性教学。
