摘要
目的运用胜任力理论为指导,探索临床医师在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)等突发的大型公共卫生事件时应具备的能力。方法通过采用德尔斐法,咨询大型三甲医院专家,确定医师应具备的能力,运用层次分析法计算各指标权重。结果建立3个一级指标,12个二级指标,30个三级指标的临床医师胜任力评价指标体系。一级指标为理论知识、诊疗技能、人文执业三类。二级指标中,组合权重排在前3位的为新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)知识(0.2108)、人际沟通能力(0.1636)、个人防护技能(0.1093)。三级指标中,组合权重排在前3位的为医务人员执行标准预防措施,包括穿脱防护用品的方法和流程(0.1984)、医务人员根据飞沫隔离、接触隔离和空气隔离采取不同的防护措施(0.1984)、疑似和确诊病例的诊断标准(0.1236)。结论构建了临床医师胜任力评价指标体系。
Objective To construct the evaluation index system of clinicians in dealing with the COVID-19 and other public health emergencies.Methods Delphi method was adopted to consult experts from large first-class hospitals to determine the competence of doctors,and AHP was used to calculate the weight of each indicator.Results The evaluation index system of clinicians with 3 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 30 tertiary indicators had been constructed.The first-level indicators are theoretical knowledge,diagnosis and treatment skills and humanistic practice.Among the secondary indicators,knowledge of novel coronavirus(0.2108),personal protection skills(0.1636),and personal protection skills(0.1093)ranked the top three.Index of level 3,the combination weights in the top three for medical workers to execute standard precautions(0.1984),the different protective measures adopted by medical personnel according to droplets isolation,contact isolation and air isolation(0.1984),the diagnosis of suspected and confirmed cases of standard(0.2072),chest CT pulmonary infection common recognition(0.1236).Conclusion The study has constructed the evaluation index system of clinicians.
