摘要
本文建立大功率臭氧发生器并联补偿电感下的负载等效模型,通过理论分析得出补偿电感设计要求,并通过仿真分析得出:补偿电感的加入,一方面使负载模型动态性能参数得到改善;另一方面负载谐振频率增大,负载电压减小,且随着补偿电感值的增大,负载谐振频率减小,负载电压增大。通过实验探讨,进一步验证了补偿电感的加入使变压器输出容量减小,负载放电功率增大,功率因数提高。
The equivalent load model of the parallel compensation inductance of a high-power ozone generator is established,and the design requirements of compensation inductance are obtained through theoretical analysis.And through simulation analysis:the addition of compensation reactors,on the one hand,improve the dynamic performance parameters of the load model;on the other hand,the load resonance frequency increases,the load voltage decreases,and as the compensation inductance value increases,the load resonance The frequency decreases and the load voltage increases.Through experimental discussion,it is further verified that the addition of compensation inductance reduces the output capacity of the transformer,increases the discharge power of the load,and improves the power factor.
