摘要
与传统两电平逆变器相比三电平逆变器具有谐波含量低、输出容量大、电磁干扰低和开关损耗小等优势。本文介绍了几种三电平逆变器的拓扑结构,并详细推导了三电平SVPWM调制算法。针对三电平逆变器输出存在较高共模电压的问题,分析和推导了一种零共模SVPWM的调制算法。在MATLAB中将两种调制算法引入永磁同步电机控制系统中,通过对仿真结果的分析,对两种算法进行了比较。
Compared with traditional two-level inverter,three-level inverter has the advantages of low harmonic content,large output capacity,low electromagnetic interference and low switching loss.In this paper,three topologies of three-level inverter are introduced and their SVPWM modulation algorithms are deduced in detail.Aiming at the problem of high common mode voltage in the output of three-level inverter,a zero-common SVPWM modulation algorithm is analyzed and deduced.Two modulation algorithms are introduced into the control system of a permanent magnet synchronous motor in MATLAB.The simulation results show that output voltage in the zero-common SVPWM algorithm is lower than that in the conventional SVPWM algorithm.
