摘要
针对国内煤矿变电所监测不到位、人力资源浪费的现象,提出了一种变电所故障诊断与监测系统,可实时对变电所内部环境与工作参数进行采集,并通过处理器分析,判断变电所是否发生故障及故障类型。对系统的整体方案与保护方式进行介绍分析,建立了一种基于ARM处理器的监测系统;对系统的数据采集模块与电参数信号采集模块进行设计,提出了3种监测系统抗干扰措施,提高系统的稳定性。系统的应用将实现变电所的实时监测功能,保障煤矿供电系统的安全。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the monitoring of domestic coal mine substation was not in place and human resources were wasted,a substation fault diagnosis and monitoring system was proposed,which can collect the internal environment and working parameters of the substation in real time,and judge whether the substation has faults and fault types through processor analysis.The overall scheme and protection mode of the system was introduced and analyzed,a monitoring system based on ARM processor was established,the data acquisition module and electrical parameter signal acquisition module of the system was designed,and three anti-interference measures of the monitoring system were put forward to improve the stability of the system.The application of the system will realize the real-time monitoring function of the substation and ensure the safety of the coal mine power supply system.
