摘要 建设现代智能化煤矿是煤矿发展的必然趋势,实现安全是现代智能化煤矿管理的根本要求。以某矿提升系统机电设备管理为例,对机电设备实时监测现状进行了分析,指出了存在的问题,研究了状态监测与故障诊断平台搭建方法,并应用到煤矿机电设备管理工作中。通过对关键部件特征指标、故障诊断等现场数据进行分析,多方验证了故障诊断技术的可行性,为煤矿机电装备故障在线监测诊断提供了参考。 Building a modern coal mine is the inevitable trend of coal mine development,and realizing the modernization of safety management is the general requirement of coal mine management.Taking the electromechanical equipment of a coal mine hoisting system as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of real-time monitoring of coal mine electromechanical equipment,points out its existing problems,puts forward the construction method of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis platform,and applies the fault diagnosis technology to coal mine hoisting electromechanical equipment through field data analysis The feasibility of this technology is verified by characteristic index analysis,key component characteristic analysis and diagnosis analysis,which lays a solid foundation for on-line monitoring and diagnosis of coal mine electromechanical equipment faults.
