摘要
针对矿丼提升机轴承计划预防维修存在的过剩维修与欠维修问题,使用中值滤波与小波包分析相结合的振动信号分析方法,设计了一种矿丼提升机轴承实时状态监测及故障诊断系统。该系统以下位机P LC数据采集和上位机MCGS组态软件数据分析处理为核心,实现了对轴承状态的实时监测和故障诊断。在岱庄煤矿对轴承SKF6205进行的系统应用表明,该系统能够对轴承的实时运行状态进行监测并对故障进行诊断与报警。
Aiming at the problems of overmaintenance and undermaintenance in the planned preventive maintenance of mine hoist bearing,a real-time condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for mine hoist bearing was designed by using the vibration signal analysis method combined with median filter and wavelet packet analysis.The system takes PLC data acquisition and MCGS configuration software data analysis and processing as the core,realizes real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of bearing system status.The application of the system on SKF6205 in Daizhuang coal mine shows that the system can monitor the real-time running state of the bearing and diagnose and alarm the system faults.
