摘要
目的观察脉冲射频治疗联合下腹下神经丛阻滞对慢性盆腔疼痛患者的治疗效果。方法选取2017年3月~2019年12月本院诊断为慢性盆腔疼痛的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组采用脉冲射频治疗联合神经阻滞,对照组采用神经阻滞,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后的疼痛程度及治疗后3个月的疗效评价。结果两组患者在治疗后2、4、8周和3个月的盆腔疼痛评分比较,实验组评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经过3个月的治疗,实验组总有效率为94%,高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组盆底功能障碍发生率为2%低于对照组的16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔疼痛患者采用脉冲射频治疗联合下腹下神经丛阻滞,术后疼痛程度明显减轻且有效率较高,该方法可在临床疼痛治疗中进行推广应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of pulsed radiofrequency(PRF)therapy combined with lower hypogastric plexus block on chronic pelvic pain.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic pelvic pain diagnosed in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was treated with PRF combined with nerve block,while the control group was treated with nerve block.The pain degree before and after treatment and the therapeutic efficacy evaluation after 3 months were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The scores of pelvic pains in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 3 months of treatment,and the comparison of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94%,which was higher than 76%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),respectively,and the pelvic floor dysfunction rate was 2%,which was lower than 16%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic pelvic pain were treated with PRF combined with lower hypogastric plexus block.The postoperative pain degree was significantly alleviated,and the efficacy rate was higher.This method can be promoted and applied in clinic on pain.
