摘要
为全面摸清药学研究生课程设置、教材使用、教学内容、教学方法、评价方式等方面的情况,作者开展了基于药学学科研究生的课程建设问卷调研。结果显示我国药学学科研究生课程体系建设在教学管理及教材使用方面现状良好,但课程内容与方法稍有欠缺,课程前沿性、实用性不足,课程学习相对轻松;很多药学培养单位存在“重论文、轻课程”,教师教学方式及考核方式陈旧,课程学习对学生帮助有限等问题;不同类别的培养单位,对论文和课程重视程度存在明显差异,课程学习对何种能力提升更重要的差异性不大,非同类别培养单位的教材对学生的帮助及可获取教材的比例亦有较大悬殊。各校可根据自身的条件,逐步解决课程建设中存在的问题,从而提高药学研究生课程建设质量及人才培养的整体水平。
In order to fully understand the situation of pharmacy graduate courses,teaching materials,teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation methods,a questionnaire survey based on the curriculum construction of pharmacy graduates was carried out.The results show that the construction of the postgraduate curriculum system of pharmacy in China is good in terms of teaching management and the use of teaching materials,but the curriculum content and methods are slightly lacking,the curriculum is cutting-edge and practical,and the course learning is relatively easy;Curriculum,teacher s teaching methods and assessment methods are outdated,curriculum learning has limited help to students;Different types of training units have obvious differences in the attention of papers and courses.Course learning has little difference in the importance of ability improvement.The teaching materials of different training units are different,and the proportion of students receiving help and obtaining teaching materials is also relatively large.Disparity.Each school can use it according to its own conditions to gradually solve the problems existing in the course construction,thereby improving the quality of pharmacy graduate courses and the overall level of talent training.
