摘要
中医药学科建设的水平 ,直接关系到研究生教育的质量。由于历史的原因 ,中医药学科体系还不够完善 ,学科建设发展不快 ,缺乏优秀的学科带头人。加强学科建设的思路是 ,加强领导 ,制定学科建设的总体规划 ,逐步完善中医药学科体系 ;加强科学研究 ,瞄准前沿 ,把握学科建设的方向 ,培养和选拔优秀的学科带头人。未来的中医药学科应该是既有中医特色 。
The level of the subject construction in Chinese medicine and pharmacy is directly related to the quality of post-graduate education.Due to the historical reason,the subjest system of Chinses medicine and pharmacy has not been perfect yet,and the development of subject construction is not fast and lacks the outstanding leaders of the subjects.The suggestion to strengthen the subject construction is to strengthen the leadership,set up a general plan for subject construction,gradually improve the subject system of Chinese medicine and pharmacy,enhance scientific study,focus the leading subject,master the orientation of subject construction,train and choose the outstanding leaders of the subjects. The future subjects in Chinese medicine and pharmacy should be the new subjects with features of Chinese medicine and also spirit of the times.
