摘要
目的建立一套集绩效指标自动抽取、绩效核算、绩效指标多维度分析功能为一体的绩效核算系统。方法该系统基于医院运营分析与决策支持系统,利用数据仓库技术(Extract-Transform-Load,ETL)及皕杰报表工具,将临床、医技、行政、后勤等部门的绩效指标纳入系统中。与医院HRP系统深度整合,实现从绩效指标定义、方案配置到绩效核算、奖金分配全流程的管理。结果绩效核算系统的建立,良好的支撑了医院绩效业务,形成良性循环,充分发挥医院绩效改革的积极作用。
Objective To build a performance accounting system with the function of automatic extraction of performance indicators,performance accounting and multi-dimensional analysis of performance indicators.Methods Based on the hospital Business Intelligence(BI)system,the performance accounting system used Extract-Transform-Load(ETL)and BIOS Reports tools,and included the indicators of clinical,medical technology,administration and logistics departments into the system.Being closely integrated with Hospital Resource Planning(HRP)system,it realized the whole process management including indicator definition,scheme configuration,performance accounting and bonus distribution.Results The establishment of performance accounting system has well supported the hospital performance business,formed a virtuous circle,and helped hospital performance reform play a bigger role in hospital development.
