摘要
医院绩效管理系统是现代医院管理的重要方法和科学的管理工具,因医院业务复杂,涉及业务系统多且建设时间不一,数据库平台不统一。如何将分布的、异构数据源中的数据如关系数据、文本文件、网络数据等经过数据规整、清洗和转化后集成抽取大量的、准确的数据是每个医院面临的问题。本文就医院绩效系统构建中阐述了数据抽取项目的建设思路,借助Kettle这个ETL工具对实现过程进行了较详细的说明,最后总结了建设过程的一点体会。
Hospital performance management system is an important method and scientific management tool of modern hospital management.Due to the complexity of hospital business,many business systems are involved,different construction times and different database platforms.How to integrate and extract a large number of accurate data from distributed and heterogeneous data sources,such as relational data,text files and network data,after data regularization,cleaning and transformation,is a problem faced by each hospital.This paper expounds the construction idea of data extraction project in the construction of hospital performance system,explains the implementation process in detail with the help of Kettle ETL tool,and finally summarizes some experience in the construction process.
