摘要
[目的]探讨护理管理高被引论文的整体发展情况和影响力趋势,了解护理管理领域的研究热点。[方法]采用文献计量方法与可视化技术分析12种护理核心期刊刊载的护理管理高被引论文的被引情况、基金资助、作者地区分布、作者及机构合作、主题分布等特征。[结果]2018年-2019年护理管理高被引论文768篇,总被引频次6 539次,篇均被引频次8.51次。高被引论文的基金来源主要是省(直辖市)级资助,第一作者分布在31个地区,以4人合作为主;研究热点集中于护理人力资源管理、护理管理模式和护理质量管理等方面。[结论]高被引论文的地区、机构分布不均,护理科研人员应积极扩大合作圈,紧跟研究前沿进一步探索先进的管理模式。
Objective:To explore the overall development and influence trend of highly cited papers on nursing management,so as to understand the research hotspots in the field of nursing management.Methods:The citation status,fund assistance,regional distribution,author and organization cooperation,subject distribution and other characteristics of highly cited papers on nursing management published in 12 core nursing journals were analyzed using bibliometric method and visualization technology.Results:From 2018 to 2019,768 highly cited papers on nursing management were obtained,with a total cited frequency of 6,539 times,and each paper was cited for 8.51 times.The fund sources of highly cited papers were mainly provincial(municipality directly under the central government)level,and the first author was distributed in 31 regions,mainly in collaboration with four people.The research hotspot of papers focused on nursing human resource management,nursing management model and nursing quality management.Conclusion:Due to the uneven distribution of highly cited papers in different regions and institutions,nursing researchers should actively expand the circle of cooperation,closely follow the research frontier and further explore the advanced management model.
