摘要
随着我国高校教育领域改革的不断推进,社会参与高校治理的需求越来越迫切。分析了湖北省本科高校治理中社会参与现状,针对其中存在的一元管理体制、董(理)事会治理职能缺失、教育监督评价社会参与不充分等治理困境,提出构建多元共治的高校治理理念、发挥董事会职能、引入第三方教育评估等对策,以期加快实现高校治理水平现代化。
With the advancement of the higher education reform in China,the need for social participation in the university governance is becoming more and more urgent.This paper analyzes the present situation of social participation in Hubei Province universities,points out the governance difficulty of the unitary management system,imperfect of the board,inadequate society participate in education supervision and evaluation.Finally,this paper proposes suggestions to establish the concept of multivariate co-govermnet governance,play the functions of the board of directors and the introduction of a third party education evaluation and other countermeasures to speed up the modernization of university governance level.
