摘要
西方学界从制度角度进行政治经济研究的一个重要学派是以奥斯特罗姆夫妇为代表的印第安纳学派。该学派构建起了一套完整的制度分析理论,并将之运用到公共产品供给、大城市治理、公共池塘资源治理以及联邦主义、地方政府和公共行政等广泛领域。我国学者在译介该理论的同时,也不断将之运用于中国的政治经济实践。在此过程中,普遍存在对该学派理论的"误读与泛化"。
Among the political economic researches,one of the most important schools is the Indiana School,whose representatives include Elinor Ostrom Vincent Ostrom.The Indiana School carries out their political economic researches from the view of institutionalism.They put forward a set of institutional theories and apply them to the supply of public goods,the governance of large metropolis,the governance of the common pool resources,the federalism,and local governments and so on.Chinese scholars begin to apply the theories to Chinese practices while translating the theories of Indiana School.During the process,misunderstanding and generalization of the theories is rather prevalence among the Chinese academia.
