摘要
目前,很多电网项目在不断规划、建设,输变电工程的建设规模日益扩大,很多电力企业投入了大量的资金。但很多地区对建设资金的利用缺乏一定的合理性,施工工期相对较长、电价机制有待完善,导致电网建设的投资回报率相对较低,相关部门必须做好造价控制工作。论文主要分析了输变电工程造价特点及控制对策。
At present,many power grid projects are in continuous planning and construction,and the construction scale of power transmission and transformation projects is expanding day by day,and many power enterprises have invested a lot of money.However,in many areas,the use of construction funds is not reasonable,the construction period is relatively long,and the power price mechanism needs to be improved,which leads to the relatively low rate of return on investment in power grid construction,and relevant departments must do well the cost control work.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics and control countermeasures of the cost of power transmission and transformation project.
