摘要
近年来,电力建设行业发展迅速,有力促进了国民经济的发展。与此同时,电力行业的竞争日益激烈,电力工程行业造价控制的好坏直接影响工程整体造价。本文通过对输变电建设工程造价进行分析,从加强工程招投标管理,充分发挥政府的宏观调控作用,注重实效、节约成本、降低造价等角度提出了解决工程造价管理问题的对策与控制措施。
In recent years, rapid development of electric power construction industry, effectively promoted the development of national economy. At the same time, with the increasingly competition of power industry, the cost control of power engineering industry, will affect the overall project cost. In this paper, through the analysis of the construction of power transmission project cost, from the view points of strengthening the management of project bidding, give full play to the role of the government＇s macro-control, results-oriented, cost savings and lower cost, the strategies and controlmeasures for solve the problem ofproj act cost management is put for ward.
