摘要
通过分析高校基建工程的生命周期,对影响基建项目的主要因素进行了总结并提出了一些建议,最后以本院的基建项目为具体实例,就如何控制基建项目投资提出了一些建议。
Analysis on the College of the life cycle of infrastructure projects, the major factors that influence infrastructure projects are summarized and some suggestions are put forward. In the end , the paper gives some valuable suggestions on how to control investment in infrastructure projects by specific infrastructure projects.
