摘要
通过多高层建筑外墙保温板粘锚计算与治理质量通病的文献考察,依据国家规范、标准和地方标准,以延边大学留学生公寓及外籍专家公寓楼外墙皮脱落安全隐患改造项目为例,研究与提出了岩棉板外保温系统各层、阴阳角增强处理、空调机金属支架周边、雨水管箍周边、女儿墙出水口周边的改造设计,岩棉板外保温、周边、仿大理石饰面等改造施工技术。经工程检测与验收,实现了预期改造目标,为新建与既有建筑聚苯板外保温改造设计与施工提供了借鉴。
Based on the literature review of the calculation and treatment of the common quality defects of the external wall insulation board of multi-storey and high-rise buildings,and according to the national standards,standards and local standards,taking the renovation project of the potential safety hazards of the external wall peeling off of the apartments for overseas students and foreign experts of Yanbian University as an example,this paper studies and proposes the various layers of the external insulation system of the rock wool board,the reinforcement treatment of the internal and external corners,the metal support and the rain pipe hoop,and the renovation design of the surrounding area of the parapet outlet,the renovation construction technology of rock wool board external insulation,surrounding area,imitation marble facing,etc.Through inspection and acceptance,the expected transformation goal is achieved,which provides a reference for the design and construction of new and existing building polystyrene board external insulation transformation.
