摘要 外墙作为建筑的围护结构是建筑与外界环境进行热交换的主要部分,不同类型的外墙构造对建筑能耗的影响效果差异较大。文章以重庆地区多层居住建筑为例,通过采用DeST能耗分析软件建立模型,研究外墙传热系数对建筑能耗的影响,以及不同类型砌体材料、保温材料对建筑节能效果的影响规律。 As the building envelope, the exterior wall is the main part of the heat exchange between the building and the external environment. Different types of exterior wall structures have different effects on building energy consumption. Taking a multi-storey residential building in Chongqing as an example, this paper uses DeST energy consumption analysis software to establish a model to study the influence of external wall heat transfer coefficient on building energy consumption, and the influence of different types of masonry materials and insulation materials on building energy efficiency.
