摘要
以西安市某典型中小学校教学建筑为例,建立SketchUp模型,通过测试教室实际热环境及室外气象参数并对比分析模拟结果,验证了建筑模型及参数设置的正确性;分析影响教学楼能耗的关键因素,并使用EnergyPlus软件逐一模拟分析外墙保温、屋顶保温、南向窗墙比和被动太阳能利用措施等对建筑能耗的影响趋势。结果表明,各因素对建筑能耗的影响相对独立,并无明显的耦合关系,提出了西安地区合理的教学建筑热工节能优化策略及适宜的中小学校建筑热工设计参数。
This paper takes the typical teaching buildings in Xi'an as an example to test the practical thermal environment in class room and outdoor climate parameters,compared and analyzed the simulation results,and then verified the correctness of the building model and parameter value;the key factors influencing the energy consumption of teaching building were analyzed and EnergyPlus software was used to simulate and analyze the potential influence on external wall heat insulation,roof heat insulation,southward window-to-wall ratio and passive solar energy utilization measures one by one.It was found that different factors have relatively independent influence on building energy consumption and doesn't have obvious coupling relation.Reasonable thermotechnical energy saving optimization measures and appropriate thermotechnical design parameters were proposed for middle and primary school buildings in Xi'an.
