摘要
信息时代,教与学的方式发生了深刻的变化,信息技术与课程教学的融合势在必行。以混合式教学理论为指导,以重庆工商大学“食品工艺学”课程改革为例,从“食品工艺学”课程在专业课程的重要性、运行方式、目标和内容、混合式教学的实施、课程评价几个方面构建混合式教学模式,教改成效显著。该案例对信息技术与课程教学融合中如何明确教学目标、合理设计教学活动及如何有效进行课程教学评价方面具有参考意义。
In the information era,the way of teaching and learning has undergone profound changes.The integration of information technology and curriculum teaching is imperative.This research was guided by the blended teaching theory,taking the course reform of Food Technology of Chongqing Technology and Business University as an example.From the aspects of the importance,operation mode,objective and content,teaching implementation and curriculum evaluation of Food Technology course,the blended teaching mode has been constructed,and the results of teaching reform has achieved remarkable.This case has reference significance on how to define teaching objectives,how to design teaching activities and how to evaluate teaching effectively in the integration of information technology and course teaching.
