摘要
目的探究分析对早产儿采取优质护理干预对其呼吸功能及生长发育的影响效果。方法选取2019年2月~2020年2月我院收治的60例早产儿为研究对象,将2019年2~8月收治的30例患儿设为常规组,对其实施常规护理干预,将2019年9月~2020年2月收治的30例患儿设为观察组,对其实施优质护理干预,观察分析两种护理干预方式对患儿呼吸功能及生长发育的影响。结果护理前,两组患儿的呼吸频率和心率变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组患儿的呼吸频率和心率变化改善优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在并发症发生情况的比较中,观察组患儿的总体发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在身高、体重、头围等指标的比较中,在出生时未经过护理前,两组患儿的各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在出生2周经过护理后,观察组患儿的各项指标情况均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对早产儿采取优质护理干预能够取得良好的护理效果,有助于促进呼吸功能的改善,有利于帮助其健康生长发育,是一种具有较高推广价值的早产儿护理方式。
Objective To investigate and analyze the impacts of high-quality nursing intervention on respiratory function and growth&development of premature infants.Methods A total of 60 premature infants admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.Children admitted from February to August 2019 were divided into the routine group(n=30),and they were given routine nursing intervention.While children admitted from September 2019 to February 2020 were divided into the observation group(n=30),and they were given high-quality nursing intervention.The impacts of two nursing interventions on children's respiratory function and growth&development were observed and analyzed.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in the changes of respiratory rate and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).While after nursing,the changes of respiratory rate and heart rate in the observation group were better than those in the routine group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In the comparison of complications,the overall incidence rate of children in the observation group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparison of height,weight,head circumference and other indexes at birth,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing for two weeks after birth,the indexes of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing intervention for premature infants can achieve good nursing efficacy,and is beneficial to the improvement of respiratory function and their healthy growth&development,which is a nursing method for premature infants with higher promotion value.
