紫苏籽油的超临界CO2萃取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取技术,95.00%乙醇作夹带剂,通过压力、温度、时间对紫苏籽油萃取率的影响研究、正交试验优化,确定了在压力为35 MPa、温度为45℃、时间为2.5 h的工艺条件下,萃取率最高,紫苏籽油的平均得率为43.17%,具有快速、高效和无污染的萃取特点。 Perilla seed oil is extracted by using supercritical CO2 extraction,with 95.00%ethanol as the entrainer.In this paper,the optimum condition of supercritical CO2 extraction of the perilla seed oil is investigated with orthogonal design.By measuring the effects of pressure,work temperature,and extraction time,the optimum process conditions obtained are as following:extraction pressure is 35 MPa,work temperature is 45℃,extraction time is 2.5 h,under which condition,the average yield is 43.17%.By using the supercritical CO2 extraction technique to extract the liposoluble constituents,the extraction process has the features of quick speed,high efficiency,and no pollution.
